Founded in 1996 with 5 staffs on hand, Central Force has evolved to more than 50 permanent staff and over 200 part time staff. Today, Central Force has two call centers, with a total seating capacity of up to 80 CATI stations at any given time.

Throughout the years, Central Force has gained a myriad of experiences in both qualitative and quantitative jobs, boasting strong expertise in both the consumer, public, and private sectors. Central Force specializes in research fieldwork and has been the fieldwork supplier for many major market research companies, advertisers, marketers and governments.

With clientele from all over the world, Central Force has provided quality and consistent data throughout its history in the Market Research Industry. We are highly experienced in conducting various data collection methods including CATI, CAPI, in depth interviews, Focus groups, Ethnography, Diary, Assisted Shopping and Mystery Shopping to name a few.
